Excessive requests to the Apache archives will result in IPs being blocked. The ASF cannot support significant bandwidth from the archives. It's far more preferable to simply keep this tool up-to-date. It is, after all, a tool for developers of Fluo/Accumulo, and not a general purpose provisioning tool. There is very little need as a developer tool for Fluo/Accumulo developers to pull down outdated versions on which to develop/test the next version of Fluo/Accumulo.
