I get the reason for having this class both as an actual java class in our project and as a txt file, but is it also necessary to have two copies of it under `geode-core/src/distributedTest/java/org/apache/geode/cache/util/` and `geode-core/src/test/java/org/apache/geode/cache/util/`?.
