Implements the LINSERT command as described by the Redis documentation. LINSERT key BEFORE|AFTER pivot element The command inserts an element into a list either BEFORE or AFTER the reference element, which is called the 'pivot'. It returns the new length of the list if the element is inserted, and -1 if the pivot is not an element of the list.
