Merged 8.0.x in 91837e17db. It merged cleanly; the Spring Data module's style check, now with PMD, and its tests pass on the merge. The `ErrorsFunctionalSpec` failure isn't from this PR. `afterView()` runs from `afterCompletion`, after `GrailsExceptionResolver` has forwarded to the 500 mapping, and a forward sends and closes the response before it returns, so the browser can have the page before the property is set; the failure shows it still `null`. The same feature failed the same way on `grails8-groovy6-canary` on 2026-08-02, in both the app1 and Hibernate 7 app1 functional jobs. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
