Done as the two steps, in this pull request: the branch is now the move
commit and the convert commit, with the tree byte for byte what the previous
head 194cd43cc2 had.

   - 566d61db27 moves the 324 Java sources to their Groovy paths and changes
nothing else: `git diff -M --name-status <base> 566d61db27` is 324 `R100` lines.
   - 68ff6d8967 converts the moved files; it carries the content of the
previous head, docs and build changes included.

`git log --follow` now reaches the Java history of every converted class,
the thirteen you listed included (GrailsDomainBinder: 196 commits back to
2025-05). The combined diff of the two commits still reports those thirteen
below the cutoff, as any single-commit view of a rewrite would; the history is
in the move commit, as you described.

The branches built on this one (#16696 and the native-binding stack) have
recorded the rebuilt root with a merge that changes no tree, so their diffs
against their bases are unchanged. Everything still carries `no ci`.
