The sql-tail code now lives in packages each jar owns, so no package is nested in another jar: `org.apache.grails.data.core.sqltail` in `grails-datamapping-core`, `org.apache.grails.data.core.cli.sqltail` in its `-cli` artifact, and `org.apache.grails.data.hibernate5.core.sqltail` / `org.apache.grails.data.hibernate7.core.sqltail` in the Hibernate cores, following the `org.apache.grails.data.hibernate*.core` precedent in those modules. Every file the branch adds is Groovy under `@CompileStatic`; the 16 Java files (redactor, syntaxes, inspectors) were converted.
