Yes, that is also how I see it so far.
Only it appears - according to Ion Alberdi - that Ivy is currently missing a
way to activate "artifact-lock-nio" for resolution cache, only for repository
cache. He describes that in his post to IVY-654 mentioned in the description of
this issue.
