I was having some trouble syncing to Maven Central because of Bintray system
issues but it just reported to have synced ok now. I don't see it [on Maven
yet|https://search.maven.org/#search%7Cgav%7C1%7Cg%3A%22info.picocli%22%20AND%20a%3A%22picocli%22]
but the rest should be normal mirror caching.
