{{MapConstructor}} transform sends false for "skipReadOnly" when gathering
properties. {{TupleConstructor}} transform sends true for "skipReadOnly".
This may be intended behavior -- at a minimum it represents a difference in
behavior between {{@MapConstructor}} and
{{@TupleConstructor(namedVariant=true)}}.
