## Summary
`GenericsUtils.parameterizeType` now keeps bounded wildcards when projecting
onto a
supertype (e.g. `ArrayList<? extends Number>` → `List<? extends Number>`, not
`List<Number>`; `? super` similarly). Unbounded `?` still uses the declared
bound
(GROOVY-10651 unchanged). Other `extractSuperClassGenerics` callers are
unchanged.

> Given a class node like "java.util.ArrayList<? extends java.lang.Number>",
> calling {{GenericsUtils.parameterizeType(arrayList, list)}} produces
> "java.util.List<java.lang.Number>". The wildcard has been lost.
> This method is used in STC and elsewhere.
