One is SQL 2000 DB and another one is Access 2000 DB. I am comparing the database and build the query and store it in a xml file and then make another connection to each of the db and execute the query against it. But this process of executing the query becomes very slow. Is there any other better way of comparing the DB and synchronize it ??
