Updated in 04de843da. The remaining status refresh now runs in DbAlertStoreTransaction and uses the workspace-scoped member lookup. The handler, scoped locking and transaction boundary stay as they are on master. All 31 selected store/reducer, H2 concurrency and transaction-proxy tests passed with the module verify checks.
