Review Comment:
   There is `RaftNodeId` that contains groupId (an object) and peer information 
(name and index). `RawRaftNodeId` contains the subset of this information that 
can be restored from the storage: group name (a string) and peer index.
   
   'Raw' does not seem to be the best term here, but I could not come up with 
anything better. Another one I had in mind was 'Primitive', but it's too 
technical. Maybe 'Stored'?
