Do we need to add Load Balancer here, since we list it as one of the 
abstraction APIs on the front page?

Would it make sense to rename "How to Contribute" to "How to Contribute Code"? 
Or rename "How to Contribute Documentation" to "How to Improve Documentation" 
(or just "Improve Documentation")?
