I like this. The only word I'm not 100% sure about is "toolkit". Do we feel this has any kind of consistent meaning or interpretation? The thing about jclouds I think we need to capture is that it is _not_ a stand-alone application or client; you use it as part of an application you're writing. I think "library" fits that definition quite well, but perhaps there are alternative phrases others could suggest? What would we call something like Guava or Gson?
