I like this. The only word I'm not 100% sure about is "toolkit". Do we feel 
this has any kind of consistent meaning or interpretation? The thing about 
jclouds I think we need to capture is that it is _not_ a stand-alone 
application or client; you use it as part of an application you're writing.

I think "library" fits that definition quite well, but perhaps there are 
alternative phrases others could suggest? What would we call something like 
Guava or Gson? Are these libraries, or something else?
