The Rackspace First-Gen Cloud Servers product is
[deprecated|http://docs.rackspace.com/servers/api/v1.0/cs-devguide/content/index.html].
This API is planned for removal in the 2.0 release and will not be unasynced.
Deprecation messages have been updated in [PR
500|https://github.com/jclouds/jclouds/pull/500].
