Appreciate that there is a schedule to sunset RAX legacy, but we also can't
hold jclouds codebase hostage in case that changes. We have been punting this
tree of issues for years.
I took some time to unasync all of the things related to the old rax/openstack
code and hope folks can help get this merged.
