I forgot to mention: If users already have the SSH key populated in the global project metadata, then there is no need to authorize a new public key. They can just set the `autogenerateKeyPair` option to false, and provide the proper `overrideLoginPrivateKey` option (again, this is only needed if the key is not already added to the ssh-agent).
