I did not backport JCLOUDS-894 to 1.9.x since we are still gaining confidence 
with the portable multipart approach.  Also we lack GCS and Glacier support so 
the API could change to support them.

Regarding "native" multipart support for openstack-swift, 1.9.x could benefit 
from this approach but master should only use the already-committed portable 
approach that azureblob, openstack-swift, and s3 use.
