The providers in *labs* are released in every release, so they are already available to anyone that want to use them. Being in labs, however, means that it is not yet production ready, that there is very active development going on there, and that we don't guarantee backwards compatibility between releases. Just that. I'd like to see the live tests pass consistently for some time before moving this to the main repo, but it is definitely a candidate to be promoted in the next major. Something that helps speed up this is to have some testing account we can use to test. Some providers donate accounts, for others we use our personal ones.
