Devang Gaur commented on JCLOUDS-865:
-------------------------------------

Hi [~gaul],
I just went through this Intro to JClouds talk yesterday :
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lyWURqcz8sU
It intrigued me and the story behind the beginning of this project, backpacking
across europe and coding throughout, this is some serious goals!!

I did GSoC'16 with Moodle[1] and am looking to work on Cloud Enterprise and
Middleware development. I am currently setting up JClouds in my local machine
right now and will try to explore in and all around Message Queue Abstraction
implementations. I will revert back to you in a few days regarding this project
and maybe discuss in more detail hopefully.

Any suggestions on how should I go about it ?

Thanks!

> Most of the cloud providers like AWS, Rackspace,Azure, Google now provide
> Message/Queue as a Service. Jclouds currently provide API level Amazon SQS
> and Rackspace Cloud Queues Messaging APIs. Building jclouds messaging
> abstraction would allow developers to use those messaging services with
> portable code.
