Openstack-marconi is currently in jclouds-labs-openstack , i.e., its still not 
production ready yet. 

I assume the queue abstraction would be written in production ready code , i.e, 
jclouds . So, should graduation of  openstack-marconi be counted as a gsoc task 
here ?
