Thanks for pointing me to #7819, @wForget, and thanks @pan3793 for the follow-up fix. My local investigation confirmed both issues: the `ListQuery` constructor difference and Spark 3.3 rejecting SELECT-list `IN` subqueries. I reviewed #7819, and obtaining the resolved predicate through the analyzer while restricting that SQL case to Spark 3.4+ looks appropriate.
