With our previous release process the hashes could be generated one of two 
ways. What you are seeing with 2.17.0 used the gpg command on a Mac to generate 
the hash. The hash is perfectly valid in that the value is correct. With 2.17.1 
we have automated the generation of the hash. However, it is still not 
"correct" as it should have the file name follow the hash value. We are still 
determining how to get the tool to do that.

In any case, the hash values are valid so this isn't a problem.
