Rename Category to Namespace and other annotations
- Renames the Category annotation to Namespace
- Adds a Configurable annotation for the Core namespace
- Moves elementType, deferChildren, and printObject from Plugin to
Configurable annotation
- Updates docs about extending Log4j and related DI docs
Relates to discussions on LOG4J2-3496 and LOG4J2-3497.
