The `JeroMqAppenderTest` was improved in:
- PR #1754,
- commit 3ecf90e5e466f9d7f90dd2ceb25b46f0be9803bf,
- commit 4e8e2eb8b6d2c6728fa4383694b5e11960fff1cb after a suggestion from
JeroMq maintainers,
- commit 497a60d69a5c09637b7c730636d1c6a15f3b53d5 to debug random failures
on Windows.
Following these changes the test hasn't failed yet on UNIX-es, although the
Windows problem is still unresolved.
