Sorry for missing the inherited packages in the first pass. Thanks for
catching it.
I bumped the json, properties, xml, and yaml configuration package
versions to 2.27.0 as well, since their configuration classes inherit
the new `postConfigure` API.
I also fixed the Spotless issue in the empty default implementation.
