`./mvnw verify -pl log4j-core` still fails on bnd-baseline.
`JsonConfiguration`, `PropertiesConfiguration`, `XmlConfiguration` and
`YamlConfiguration` inherit `postConfigure`, so the `json`, `properties`, `xml`
and `yaml` packages under `core/config` also need `@Version("2.27.0")`. I
missed these in the first pass. Please check spotless befor commiiting. `Check
the Building.adoc` it will heplfull.
