Yeah, you'd need to implement the context switching, task stack setup etc for 
Microchip PIC32 architecture. Also, at least the minimal set of drivers for 
this CPU. And the BSP for the particular board this is in. In order to use 
Bluetooth with this platform, you'll also need the lowlevel driver for that one 
as well.
