Thanks Simon, that should be checked out.
I don't have cygwin setup; I built my windows build environment without, to see
if that was possible (it is!).
We're able to have pure windows-only scripts present for this. If it's easier
to use something more native for windows, then we should do that. It's been a
little while since I wrote batch files for windows, though...
