The old newtmgr
(https://github.com/apache/incubator-mynewt-newt/tree/master/newtmgr) supports
OMP (newtmgr over CoAP) over serial.
The new newtmgr
(https://github.com/apache/incubator-mynewt-newtmgr/tree/master/newtmgr) lacks
this feature.
