This PR adds a new color filter (originally developed for [Ultorg](https://www.ultorg.com/)) that can be used to "invert" the look of icons on FlatLAF Dark. See before/after screenshots below. Colors are not inverted in the RGB sense; instead, the brightness of each pixel is inverted while preserving its hue. Thus, for example, a green triangle with a dark-green outline becomes a green triangle with a light-green outline. The exact formula is based on a formula that inverts the L channel in the Oklab color space. Whether people like this proposed look or not is of course up for discussion. (The screenshots below are from a build that also includes manually applied PRs https://github.com/apache/netbeans/pull/5760 and https://github.com/apache/netbeans/pull/5761, to show what the filter would look like with the manilla-style folder icons and improvements to disabled icons.) ### Before: ### After: -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
