I am not entirely sure what is happening here but some modules do not have
th right version
the dev build for the PR starts with `3a5e:`
```
Product Version = Apache NetBeans IDE DEV (Build
dev-3a5e6af35dbcff49f1179123cac5c299b141486c)
```
the versioning, mercurial etc modules start with `905ff`
```
org.netbeans.modules.spellchecker.apimodule [1.49
dev-3a5e6af35dbcff49f1179123cac5c299b141486c]
org.netbeans.modules.versioning.util [2.0.0.42.1
dev-905ff7ef8344e372318751f6e93082a35da3b87f]
org.netbeans.modules.team.commons [1.74
dev-3a5e6af35dbcff49f1179123cac5c299b141486c]
```
this doesn't happen to me when I start the dev build, its all `3a5e`
