Yes, I reported this problem on earlier versions, but it also occurred with NB23 when it came time to install NB24. Apart from the time and messing about to update to a newer version, is the aggravation of the message saying the uninstall can continue with the error found in the registry.xml file, and when you reply "OK", the uninstall promptly shows the "Finish" dialog, but it has done nothing. I teach, and I spend a lot of time copying snippet samples into NB, and taking examples from NB to teaching materials. I need copy-and-paste to work flawlessly every time.
