This is a follow-up to #8603 The main aim is enabling CTRL + Hover and CTRL + click on ResourceBundle items in JSF pages: <img width="291" height="47" alt="image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/1fd678be-21df-49ea-847b-3d1f48a94ecc"; /> <img width="494" height="112" alt="image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/094426df-a30d-41a4-ab3e-1a79b149fdb0"; /> The features were already integrated in ELHyperlinkProvider but it seems GsfHyperlinkProvider has the precedence so I had to implement them in ELDeclarationFinder (which is called by GsfHyperlinkProvider).
