Re 1.
You are correct. Removed data/files are not included. This is WIP.
Re 2.
Yes, there are dependencies on other issues registered. e.g. OFBIZ-5959. This
is WIP. And yes, a separate branch would help.
Re 3.
Thank you for the advice. I will look into this and see what I can do. FWiW, I
intend to stay in line with best practices.
