https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc9110.html#field.accept-charset even mentions `Accept-Charset` was deprecated because of the near-ubiquity of UTF-8, and doesn't seem to put any requirements on the server to honour the charset (it merely 'indicates preferences') - so ignoring 'invalid' values sounds fine to me as well. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
