3.9 will still use the `_3` suffix. We expect few library authors, perhaps none at all, to crosspublish for 3.3 and 3.9. The recommended approach will be: * if your project works on 3.3 and you have a strong desire to support 3.3 users, publish on 3.3; it will also work on 3.9 * if your project actually requires something in 3.9, or if you simply want to move on and not be bothered with 3.3 anymore, publish on 3.9 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
