Modification: Consolidate dispatcher coverage in ExecutionContextSpec using the standard library parasitic execution context, with explicit thread identity checks. Result: Remove the obsolete suite while retaining focused dispatcher integration coverage. Production code is unchanged. Tests: - Cross-Scala ExecutionContextSpec: 14 tests passed on each Scala version. - Native scalafmt, headerCreateAll, checkCodeStyle and git diff --check passed. - Local validatePullRequest stopped at the contributor's request; delegated to CI.
