I encountered an error when running the command ./mvnw clean install
-B -T1C -Dmaven.javadoc.skip -Dmaven.jacoco.skip -e locally, but the CI passed
after I submitted the PR. I don't understand why this happened. Do I need to
perform any additional steps locally?
