## Description
When an environment is selected, the host is composed as
`${url.protocol}//${url.hostname}:${url.port || "80"}`. For an `https://`
address with no explicit port this yields `https://host:80/...`.

## Impact
Selecting an HTTPS environment produces requests to port 80 over TLS, which
fail.
## Suggested fix
Use `url.host` (which already includes the port only when non-default): ``
`${url.protocol}//${url.host}` ``.
