Heads-up: this branch now has merge conflicts with `master` (`mergeStateStatus: DIRTY`), so CI cannot validate it against the current base. The conflict is in `shenyu-register-client-beat/.../HeartbeatListener.java` and its test — that area has seen a lot of churn lately (instance db-sync isolation, heartbeat scheduler hardening, heartbeat recovery). Could you rebase onto `master` and make sure your destination-scoped isolation still holds against the current heartbeat listener flow?
