Two things to do: 1. `no such table: dashboard_email_schedules` - looks like the alembic migration is not run correctly. 2. About not receiving the emails, you need to follow the documentation in my PR and install selenium and chrome webdriver. Then you need to run `celery worker` and `celery beat`
