   Initial value No Filter should be accepted as it is valid filter value.
   
   ### Expected results
   
   Initially chosen value - no filter should be accepted. Going back to No 
filter value from any other chosen also should work.
   
   ### Actual results
   
   Initial value of default value filter is not processed. If I set Last day 
filter and switch back to No filter - I cannot proceed.

   #### How to reproduce the bug
   
   1. Go to dashboard
   2. Add native filter
   3. Select Time range filter and any filter name
   4. click on Filter has default value
   5. Set any value of filter and switch back to no filter.
   
   ### Environment

   - python version: `python --version`
   - node.js version: `node -v`
