Yes, it's probably time to be doing that! There are pretty good tools to automate this based on GH actions, including automatic `README` generation - but someone from Apache probably needs to create the organization in Artifacthub, as well as create the Github pages space where the packages could be hosted (artifacthub does not host them, it only indexes them)...
