   ### Bug description

   I need to make a chart public, i followed steps mentioned in the docs as
described
[here](https://superset.apache.org/docs/configuration/networking-settings/#embedding-a-public-dashboard)

   First i went to `superset_config.py` which is located in `docker` =>
`pythonpath_dev` => `superset_config.py` and added following code

   ```
   FEATURE_FLAGS = {
       "DASHBOARD_RBAC": True,
   }
   ```

   <img width="1435" alt="Image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/b7d6dbe4-2c8b-4cf3-a483-3c4c5747e0d8";
 />

   then i went to the [Unicode
Test](http://localhost:8088/superset/dashboard/unicode-test/) dashboard which
is available by default, clicked on Edit and added following Roles => Admin,
Public, Alpha, Gamma, sql_lab

   <img width="1440" alt="Image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/603d43d0-dc6c-4479-903a-46683dda8cc8";
 />

   and when i try to get the iframe of the chart, and paste it in a private
browser window , it still asks me for credentials
