I tried out `npm upgrade @typescript-eslint/typescript-estree` but looks like we'll need to upgrade [3 more major versions, from v5 to v8](https://github.com/typescript-eslint/typescript-eslint/releases/tag/v8.16.0) to get the latest Typescript.
