There are a few goals in mind: * Adding timeouts and tweaks all over for the console to get quieter, and make tests more reliable when running locally * Converting enzyme tests to RTL * (FOR NOW) changing enzyme matcher libraries to get rid of sketchy antique dependencies * Boosting test resources and quieting the console from noise with `--silent` Sorry it's huge... I'll keep hammering on this and hope for a win.
