RabbitMQ has been pretty much an off-hands experience for us. We use RabbitMQ for our Airflow deployments as well. We did have issues sometimes when a downstream data source is acting out which eventually leads to a congestion (in conjunction with our high `SQLLAB_ASYNC_TIME_LIMIT_SEC`).
