   ### Bug description

There is no option to send a CSV or PDF in Alerts.
The option to send a CSV or PDF in Alerts (not reports!) is available in
version 4.1.0 but missing in 4.1.1, 4.1,2. 5.0.0rc2.

   How to reproduce:
   1. Navigate to Alerts & Reports
   2. Select Alerts
   3. Create a new Alert
   4. Go to "Alert Contents"
   5. Select "Content Type" = "Chart"
   6. You can see a field with a "Screenshot width" and no drop-down with
"Content Format"
